The originally found Jom in one of our neighborhood markets. We immediately found them in our cart every time we went back.

Customer Service Issue

I could not try these as I received a damaged late order a number of weeks ago. Customer service responded to a review I left. I replied to them and then heard nothing. I replied again. Nothing. I eventually contacted them on Instagram and had a reply which I responded to. Then nothing. I tried from my other email account in case there was some issue with the other. It's been around a month and nothing has been resolved.
